Description
Sedoheptulokinase (SHPK) belongs to the FGGY kinase family, and is mainly located in cytoplasm. SHPK is strongly expressed in liver, kidney and pancreas. It is expressed at lower levels in placenta and heart, and very weakly expressed in lung and brain.
